Eight Colors Korean BBQ restaurant Palsaik in Buena Park, Orange County
The restaurant that brought eight flavors of samgyeopsal (pork belly) to Koreatown LA is now set to brighten the OC with Eight Colors.
Opened in the summer of 2011 to great popularity, Palsaik Korean BBQ on 9th & Western was the first restaurant in the United States to serve pork belly in a wide variety of different flavors — wine, original, ginseng, garlic, herb, curry, dwenjang (miso), and gochujang (red-pepper paste) — presented as a set associated with eight colors.
A concept that for more than a year now has been attracting tourists from as far away as Minnesota, New York, Canada, and Mexico, and amid clamors to open up in other locations, the team behind Palsaik has decided that their second outpost will be in Buena Park in nearby Orange County.
