After almost three and a half years, PSY returns with his 7^th album, “7^th Album PSY” on November 30^th with nine brand new tracks including lead singles “NAPAL BAJI” and “DADDY”. Not only did top Korean artists partake including ZION.T, CL, JYJ’s XIA, JEON INGWON and GAEKO but also, global stars will.i.am and ED SHEERAN while PHARRELL contributed in helping compose one of the tracks.

“DADDY” was composed by YOO GUN-HYUNG, TEDDY and FUTURE BOUNCE and features CL of 2NE1. It is a fast-paced dance song with an entertaining and hilarious music video to accompany the track.

“NAPAL BAJI” is a retro song composed by PSY and YOO GUN-HYUNG. The video fits the retro 70’s and 80’s vibe seeing PSY return with entertaining choreography he has become known for. PSY mentioned that this is “the most PSY-like song”.

At a press conference held in Grand Ball Room of Conrad Hotel in Seoul on November 30, PSY said, “”DADDY’ was completed in March last year. Seven seasons have gone by and I’m not even Beethoven. I’ve made many changes and put in a lot of thought into it. But I made ‘NAPAL BAJI’ really quick after performing at a festival.”

He went on to say “I think it will be fun. One song was very difficult to make and the other wasn’t. People often say that it is the easy-made songs that do well, but we’ll have to see.”

PSY will be performing at the 2015 MAMA (Mnet Asian Music Awards) on December 2nd in Hong Kong. It is Asia’s biggest music award show. PSY will also hold his end-of-the-year concert “ALL NIGHT STAND 2015” at the Seoul Olympic Gymnastics Stadium December 24^th and 25^th.
